DoneCrew Terms of Service
The terms governing access to DoneCrew workspaces, AI employees, and connected services.

Using DoneCrew
You must be legally able to enter these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Workspace owners control membership and permissions. You may only access or use a workspace, source, account, or asset when you have authorization to do so.
AI-assisted work requires review
DoneCrew prepares drafts, analysis, recommendations, and operational work using automated systems. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before you rely on it.
You remain responsible for business, legal, financial, brand, safety, and publication decisions. A prepared action is not a guarantee of outcome or an endorsement by DoneCrew.
External actions and third parties
Connected providers may apply their own terms, limits, review requirements, and availability rules. You authorize DoneCrew to call a connected service only within the permissions and controls you configure.
You must not use DoneCrew for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, abuse, security attacks, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, spam, or attempts to bypass product or provider safeguards.
Plans, work units, and payment
Paid plans may include platform capabilities, usage allowances, or work units shared across the workspaces owned by the same account. The checkout or plan page shown at purchase time controls the applicable price, allowance, renewal, and refund terms.
Provider limits, unusually expensive work, or misuse may require additional approval, a different plan, or refusal of the requested operation. We will not silently represent an incomplete action as completed.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with provider requirements, improve the service, or address security and reliability risks. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DoneCrew disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as DoneCrew evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
