Two areas of work

Give each employee a clear assignment.

Mika prepares social content. Leo researches search opportunities. Their work has separate inputs and review steps, with you deciding what moves forward.

Social content Mika / Social

A campaign you can review.

Provide business facts, choose a topic, and inspect the content and media package before approving its current version.

Search research Leo / SEO

A page proposal with its reasoning.

Connect a site and review diagnostics, supporting evidence and proposed changes. A plan approval is a decision record; check the execution record to see what actually changed.

Review the work. Choose the next step. Read the brief, inspect the evidence and return work for revision when needed. External actions also depend on connected accounts, permissions and publication policy.

Start with context

Your business, in its own words.

Give Mika the facts and boundaries behind your social content. Leo starts through the SEO workspace, where you connect and inspect your site data.

  1. 01

Confirmed business facts Record what your product does and what has not been confirmed.

  2. 02

The way you speak Supply examples and preferences for reviewing generated drafts.

  3. 03

Sources you can inspect Add references and keep assumptions distinct from business facts.

  4. 04

Media and usage rights Review the source, usage rights and suitability of selected assets.

  5. 05

Decisions and permissions Set publication policy and review the exact version before external execution.

A visible decision trail

Know what you are approving.

Sources, review decisions and execution records help you distinguish prepared work from an action that has actually happened.

  1. 01

    Inspect the source

Read the facts, references and missing inputs behind a proposal.

    Check Fact or assumption?
  2. 02

    Review the version

Review the topic and final package where requested. Revisions may need a new decision.

    Check Which version?
  3. 03

    Check the outcome

External actions require the relevant connection, permission and policy. Read the execution record for success or failure.

    Check What actually happened?
  4. 04

Before you start

The practical questions.

A few boundaries to know before giving the crew its first assignment.

01 What does an approval allow?

An approval records a decision about the relevant work and version. Topic review, final package review and SEO plan approval have different scopes. External execution also requires the relevant connection, permissions and publication policy; check the execution record for the outcome.

02 What information do the employees use?

Mika uses business context, sources and campaign inputs. Leo uses available site diagnostics and connected data. Missing data limits the work. The examples on this page use fictional inputs and are not live customer results.

03 Will connecting an account publish content?

Connecting an account provides access within its granted permissions. Saving context or approving a plan is not itself publication. Review your publication policy, current approved version and action outcome in the workspace.

04 Does the crew learn from every result automatically?

The workflow can surface learning candidates. You review and choose what to adopt, revise or dismiss. A suggestion is not already a confirmed business fact.

05 Where should I start?

Choose Mika to prepare social content and review campaigns. Choose Leo to inspect a site and review SEO proposals. Start with one focused assignment and confirm the inputs and access it needs. Results depend on your business, data and execution; growth is not guaranteed.
